One of my favorite things in the world is the look a woman gets when she realizes just how powerful and capable she is. (I love it almost as much as I love miniature horses … almost.)

I’ve been in fitness and nutrition coaching for almost a decade and I’ve gotten to see that look a lot in my group and one-on-one sessions.

It happens when she finally gets out of her own way and ignores the voice that tells her she can’t or she’s not good enough or she shouldn’t put herself before anyone else.

When she finally chooses herself and to believe that she is worthy and strong and that she shows up better for everyone when she shows up for herself first.

It’s that look that precedes the change she’s been after.

Because she knows that nothing is going to stop her – not even herself.

Why hypnosis?

Hypnosis was the missing piece in my nutrition coaching. I knew that my most successful clients were the ones who figured out how to get out of their own way and rewire their brains to help them reach their goals. But I wasn’t sure how I could help all of them without a lot of in-depth work.

And then, through a series of divinely inspired events, I discovered hypnosis and the power it has to rewire your brain.

Hypnotherapy leverages the brain’s neuroplasticity, or its ability to change and adapt, to help individuals overcome limiting beliefs, change unwanted behaviors, and manage emotions by accessing the subconscious mind and creating new neural pathways.

Hypnosis, combined with daily action steps, were the key to getting over the weight loss struggle faster than I ever imagined possible.

Naturally, I had to learn to do this myself so I sought hypnotherapy training and now combine it nutrition coaching to help women lose weight and feel joyful in their bodies.
